Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Short-notice cancellations prevent the appointment time from being offered to other clients.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made via email are not accepted.

Cancellations Over 12 Hours

Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, minus payment processing fees.

These fees are charged by the payment provider and are as follows:

• Credit/Debit Card: 2.1% + £0.20

• Apple Pay / Google Pay: 2.1% + £0.20

• American Express: 3.1% + £0.20

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 24 hours. Please allow 2–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.

Repeated Changes

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in refusal of future bookings.
