Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Less than 12 hours' Notice
Requests to cancel or to reschedule less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Short-notice cancellations prevent appointment times from being offered to other clients who may be in need of treatment.

How to Notify

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made directly by phone on 07827 062080, either by calling us, leaving a text or WhatsApp message.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made via email are not accepted.

Rescheduling

To reschedule an appointment, a specific new date and time must be selected and confirmed by Pure Body Therapies. 

Until the new date and time are confirmed, the original appointment and the applicable cancellation terms remain in place.

​More than 12 hours' Notice

Cancellations requested by the client more than 12 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, less any applicable payment-processing fees.

These fees are charged by your payment provider and are non-refundable. If the cancellation results from the client’s decision, Pure Body Therapies cannot be held responsible for any payment-processing fees arising from the cancellation and will not cover or reimburse these fees, regardless of the reason for cancellation. The applicable payment-processing fees are as follows:

• Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay: 2.1% of the transaction amount + £ 0.20

• American Express: 3.1% of the transaction amount + £ 0.20

• Cross-border fee: 1.5% of the transaction amount

• Multi-currency payment fees: If the customer paid in a currency different than £, a 1% currency conversion fee is also added.
  
  If a booking is cancelled by Pure Body Therapies, the client will receive a full refund of the amount paid, with no payment-processing fees deducted.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of the booking being cancelled. Please allow an additional 2–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost, with no refund offered.

Missed or Significantly Late Appointments

If you expect to be late, please notify Pure Body Therapies by calling or texting 07827 062080 at or before your scheduled appointment start time. Arriving 20 minutes late or more without prior notification may result in your appointment being cancelled if there is insufficient time to safely and effectively provide the treatment. In these circumstances, the full treatment fee will be charged and no refund will be offered.

Repeated Changes

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in refusal of future bookings.

Health & Illness
Pure Body Therapies reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client arrives with a fever, active infection, contagious skin condition, or symptoms of cold, flu or other potentially infectious illness, in order to protect the therapist and other clients from cross-infection. In these circumstances, no refund will be offered.
If you are unwell, we kindly ask you to contact us as early as possible to discuss rescheduling your appointment, rather than attending while symptomatic. Please consider the wellbeing of others and our cancellation and no-refund policy when booking and attending your treatment.
